2. The guarantee only applies to the exact same product you purchased from Exquisite Underwear & found on another website located within Australia.

3. Details of the other website must be provided to Exquisite Underwear to enable the processing of your request.

4. If your order has been completed you will be issued with a gift certificate for use on your next purchase.

5. If your order has not been completed then your order amount $ will be changed to match the price supplied.
